Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. Non-insured patients receive a 5% cash discount on day of service payment. Senior citizens receive a 10% cash discount on day of service payment.
Insurance
Our office will file to all insurance carriers. We are in network with a limited number of insurance carriers. Please call to verify.
